We are a full service Property Management company providing basic house sitting to fully maintaining all aspects of your home.
We offer weekly visits or bi-weekly visits depending on your needs. If you require some special arrangement, let us know and we can work out the details. We can provide digital photographs of any damage or provide a digital record for your insurance company.
Our fees are based on our client’s individual needs and what type of schedule they require. We will take care of their property the way they would like it to be while they are away from home and we make it a point to personally meet all our clients. We provide our services on a month-to-month or annual basis and you are under no obligation to continue with our services.
