Fiddler’s Green Condos for Winter 2011 (Phase 2)

Phase II consists of 4 townhouse buildings and 18 condo buildings with 2 levels and 8 units. Each townhouse building has 5 townhouses. These townhouses are either 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 front facing balconies and a lower level garage & game room. The second level has a bedroom, full bath, kitchen, combination dining & living room and balcony off living room. The upper level has either a master bedroom, full bath and rear screen porch or master bedroom, guest bedroom, full bath and front balcony off master bedroom. The condos have the same floor plan as phase I with some upgrades like the sliding glass doors that pocket into the wall in the livingroom.
The only exception to the floor plans is in Building #20 where we built a prototype of our 4 bedroom Sanctuary units. These four condos are all on the second level and contain 2 levels of living area. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living & dining room combination with screened lanai. Phase II has a larger pool that is heated & cooled, clubhouse with meeting room, full kitchen, free exchange book library & free exchange video library, wetbar, TV’S, exercise room plus 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard and gas BBQ grills.
