Since 1983 we have been located in Southwest Florida renting, listing & selling Englewood, Cape Haze and Rotonda.

Englewood and its year-round residents retain the easy-going lifestyle of a small, close-knit community, which invites family and special guests back each season to revel in the secret it holds dear. This unspoken secret emanates throughout Englewood, a community of communities, sitting comfortably on an area straddling two counties, harbored by several small islands and magnificent beaches in a tropical setting.
Englewood is set in a tropical environment, with temperatures ranging from mid 90s in the summer to mid to upper 60s in the winter, with low temperatures in the winter rarely going below 50 degrees . In the winter, a light jacket is all that is needed to protect anyone from getting chilly; and in the summer, the breezes off the Gulf keep one comfortable out of doors, even on the hottest of days. The rainy season in Englewood is during the summer and early fall, with rain rolling in about 4 or 5 p.m., cooling off the day. It rarely stops activities, as the temperature evaporates the water, and the parties go on.
World Class Golf, Fishing, and Gulf Beaches are what make Englewood a wonderful place to live and work or simply retire. It is also a favorite of vacationers from around the world who return year after year.

* Talk about fishing! We are 4 miles from the world’s richest Tarpon fishing at Boca Grande. Bring your own boat or rent one here. Englewood boasts superior deep sea and back bay fishing.
